Automotive Business Software (SaaS)

Motor Office

MotorOffice is a high-performance B2B SaaS platform engineered for the automotive industry within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The system serves as an all-in-one central hub, unifying vehicle sales, workshop management, and daily business operations into a single, structured workflow. By replacing fragmented legacy tools, MotorOffice provides car dealerships and workshops with a reliable "digital engine" to drive their business efficiency.

The objective was to create a "serious business system" identity that resonates with the professional and precise nature of the German-speaking market. Moving away from typical "startup flashiness," the brand needed to feel established, trustworthy, and architectural. The visual language was built to position the software as an indispensable tool for modern workshop management.

The main challenge was to represent the "Motor" industry without resorting to overused clichés like gears, tires, or car silhouettes. Furthermore, the brand had to balance a high-tech SaaS feel with a grounded, "heavy-duty" professional aesthetic that workshop owners would find reliable and easy to navigate.

Designed a minimalist, geometric lettermark that functions as a structural icon, subtly blending the "M" and "O" into a unified, shield-like component. To meet the client's request for "system-like" clarity, I utilized a "one-line" typographic approach featuring a high-contrast font weight—bolding the "Motor" to emphasize the engine of the business, and using a lighter weight for "Office." The deep navy and vibrant orange palette provides a professional yet modern technical edge, ensuring the brand stands out as a premium, structured solution
